STEPS TO BOOK A MICROBLADING APPOINTMENT

  1. ) Look through Mariah's portfolio and Instagram page @by_mariahh to make sure that she aligns with your brow goals. Her style is natural but enhanced. Mariah's goal with every set of brows is for the style, color and shape is to match YOU! She wants them to fit on your face so perfectly, no one would question them. Please remember that every artist is different. We all have unique styles, shaping techniques and approaches. If her style aligns with you, it's time to read all the information that is extremely important to keep in mind when booking this service.

  2. ) Thoroughly read through each microblading page: "Rates", "Information Guide" & "FAQ's". Mariah tries to provide as much information as she can so your choice to get your brows microbladed, will be an easy one. Mariah recommends being strategic when considering your appointment date, as most care instructions can affect your future plans. Everything you have seen and read sounds great? Time to connect!

  3. ) An inquiry form is required to be filled out in order for Mariah to consider you as a new client. She will review your form to make sure that you will be a great fit. She will connect with you by your preferred contact method to get your appointment on the books. This will also be an awesome time to ask any questions you may have before committing to the decision to book with her. If you feel for any reason that you are still nervous, either book an "In-Salon" or "Zoom" consultation with her. 

  4. ) Once you have picked a day and time for your microblading appointment, a non-refundable retainer will be due to lock in your appointment. She will send an invoice to your email to pay the retainer. If the retainer is not paid within 24-hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled, and your appointment slot will be opened back up for other clients. If this happens, notify Mariah once your retainer has been paid and your appointment will be rescheduled for your original choice. If your original choice has become unavailable, we will find a new date and time to book you for.

ONCE YOU'RE BOOKED

  1. ) Mariah will send out an email confirmation roughly 1-2 weeks prior to your booked appointment. She will attach all care instructions and how to get to the salon information, as well as a reminder of the cancellation policy. Please read the WHOLE email thoroughly and respond to it to confirm you will be on time and ready to go for your microblading appointment. The attached care instructions can be saved as a photo to your phone so you will have them everywhere you go.

  2. ) Remember to review all care instructions 72 hours prior to your appointment, as those instructions are EXTREMELY important to follow to have the first step completed for gorgeous retention. If they are not followed for any reason, reach out to Mariah to reschedule your session.

  3. ) Day of your microblading appointment, Mariah will email a "Client Consent Form" to be filled out. You may fill it out either before arriving to the salon or once your mapping outline is finalized and you are numbing. Please note, she does not have paper copies on hand at the salon.

  4. ) When you arrive to the parking lot for your appointment, remain outside of the salon and TEXT her you have arrived, and she will give you the okay when to come up. Please do not come up until you get the okay from her.

  5. ) Once you have been greeted by Mariah, you will talk about your brow goals. The shapes, styles, colors, etc. that you love. It is recommended to bring a few references photos from her portfolio of brows you like that she has done. Come with your brows done how you normally fill them in, so she knows what you are use to in your day-to-day life.

  6. ) Mariah will then map your brows after the consultation portion. Let her know any changes to the outline you would like and once you both are happy with everything discussed, the numbing cream will be applied. Aftercare will be gone over and your 6-9 week touch up appointment will also be prebooked.

  7. ) Initial sessions are booked for 4-hours and touch ups are booked for 3-hours.
