On the day of your appointment, you have a 15-minute grace period to arrive in the salon for your appointment. If you have not arrived within your grace period, with no communication, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment booked.
We will charge the card on file and if one is not on file, we will send an invoice. A new appointment cannot be booked until the fee has been paid.
If you arrive to your appointment with unacceptable Covid-19, flu or any other common sick symptoms, we will cancel your booking immediately and you will be considered a no-show.
After 3 no-shows, we will no longer accept you as a client. No exceptions!
